Does oxygine have a camera class to which the a character that i have on screen can be followed by?

It doesn't. If you want follow to your charachter just move scene position

So took this from TestCamera.h

But it'll vertically scroll the position of the screen

transform.identity(); // Add to Constructor

float scrollVertically = -1;
transform.translate(Vector3(0, scrollVertically, 0));

Transform tr(transform);
getStage()->setTransform(tr);
